About Our Director
A seasoned business leader with 30+ years of experience, I excel in driving business transformations in competitive markets.
I have held leadership roles at L&T Ltd – Eutectic and Castolin Division, leading a team of 35+ engineers in business development across Eastern India. From 1989 to 2002, I advanced through roles in application engineering, sales, training, and regional leadership.
In the Middle East, I spearheaded sales and business development at Tech International LLC – UAE, growing market share from zero to 50% (2002–2008) by launching leading repair and maintenance welding products and building strong sales and production teams.
At SSAB Swedish Steel FZE UAE, I spent 15 years establishing and managing SSAB’s first Middle East office. I led major business development initiatives and played a key role in setting up SSAB’s Saudi factory, overseeing legal, commercial, and HR functions. Within five years (2017–2023), I scaled operations to 20+ employees, expanding sales and fabrication of Hardox Wear Parts, positioning the company as a top solution provider in Saudi Arabia.
Specializing in business expansion, revenue growth, and operational efficiency, I have extensive expertise in business strategy, sales, P&L management, market expansion, key account management, and team leadership.
